Pam Borrow

I am the Assistant Principal at C3 College in Sydney Australia where I get the pure joy of training men and women from all over the world for ministry and in the arts.  Previously I was the Assistant pastor at C3 Long Island – and I lived in NY for almost 14 years. I was part of a church planting team  and I just forgot to go home! There is a part of my heart still in NY.

This is my personal blog and it will focus on the issues that women face navigating the world of ministry and church leadership. I have discovered a few truths along the way – mostly by making huge mistakes – and I would love to be able to pass on some wisdom to other young women.

I would mostly like this to be place where we can talk together, I don’t want this to be a monologue -lets make it a dialogue. So comment, critique and add wisdom you have gained. I don’t by any means think I have all the answers- ultimately I would love to create a community of women who can learn from each other.

I expect to post every week, or every other  – but I know some amazing women all around the world and I will be getting some of them to post too.

On a personal note – I am almost 50, single, live I a gorgeous house with an ocean view in Sydney because God has blessed me and I bought it with my brother, sister in law and their two gorgeous boys. I have 4 nephews all together who I love to pieces. After spending a long time away from family I treasure them even more. I love to travel which my work allows me to do, I love the beach, a good book, the theatre, art galleries, a long walk and any meal at any time with good friends. I am a sanguine who is in a job where I need to be quite choleric often! I have been a member of C3 church for 25 years

Most of all I love Jesus – and am passionate about connecting people into their God given spaces – in the church and in the market place.
